Ladybug Shocker

Yesterday at the park I gave SF a huge shock when I touched her as she slid down the slide. It was the worst shock I have ever experienced, and it was so loud. SF thought the lady bug she saw on the slide hurt her. I have tried to explain the whole static electricity concept to her, but for some reason she doesn’t get it. I don’t want her to grow up hating ladybugs, but that might be better than thinking her mom hurt her on purpose when she was two.
